In order to provide high-quality and satisfactory products to our customers, in line with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Protecting Consumers' Rights and Interests, Law on Product Quality, Law on After-sale Service, our warranty rules are as follows:
Duration of Warranty
Health & Fitness Equipments are guaranteed for two years from the date of original retail purchase. The warranty period will be reduced to one year for business use or frequent use in special places.
Repair
1. Within the warranty period, products can be repaired for free at the agents' and repair centers.
2. The expenses of material, repair and transportation are needed in the following conditions: beyond the warranty period; damage results from abuse or personal disaster, for example: use the wrong adapter, operate improperly, and so on; damage results from natural disaster or accident, for example: lightning strike, being soaked, and so on.
3. Home-repair service will be provided at the promissory time after being informed of repair request. |
