Agents' Qualifications and Duties

First: Qualifications
1. The general agent in appointed area should have good economic and social abilities. He should be able to finish the quick establishment of the shop and successful management in his area.
2. The general agent should be able to take charge of administration and management responsibilities by himself in his area.

Second: Duties
1. The general agent has to use the trade name owned by the head office and has got the business license.
2. Without the permission of the head office, the agent can't change the name of the company and working area.
3. All the stipulations of the head office have to be carried out seriously, for example: daily management, content of ad, the same price, opening another shop, etc.
4. The shop of the general agent must not be transferred, hired, and sold without the permission of the head office.
5. The general agent shall not, directly or indirectly, sell products to distributors who are not in his area. Products can't be sold in another area.
6. The advertisement of the company, products, management system, and so on, should be coherent and in line with the fact, the law and related stipulations of the head office
7. During the validity of this agreement, if the general agent is found to have violated the stipulations herein, the head office has the right to terminate the agreement and to settle all disputes in proper ways.

Head office's Rights and Duties

1. All the countrywide agents' working activities are supervised by the head office.
2. The head office will provide the exclusive agent certificate, exclusive agent brand, uniform trade name and interior decoration design, advertising support, and related management system.
3. Products should be sold at appointed prices given by the head office. Prices can't be made by the agents all over the country.
4. The head office provides eligible products and takes charge of it, if there is something wrong with our products in the quality guarantee period.
